Additional Info.
All guests that plan to be on the trampoline jump area and/or any attractions in the facility must purchase a ticket and wear EPIC grip socks.
Parents often ask “Can I assist my child?” Absolutely you can with a purchased ticket, proper wrist band and Epic socks, if not, we ask you ask one of our employees to assist your child. Parents must stay on carpeted areas if they’re not a paid participant. We consider a “Participant” as any person who steps on a mat.
If you will be on the trampolines/mats off of the black floor, holding hands with your child jumping, or going through obstacles with your child then you will need a ticket. For further explanation, feel free to ask any member of our staff!
Everyone who enters the facility must have a valid waiver.
