Additional Info.
All guests that plan to be on the trampoline jump area and/or any attractions in the facility must purchase a ticket and wear EPIC grip socks.
Parents often ask “Can I assist my child?” Absolutely! If your child needs help out of the foam pit, onto or off a ninja obstacle, or needs a hand getting off of the jump floor you do not need to purchase a ticket.
If you will be on the trampolines/mats off of the black floor, holding hands with your child jumping, or going through obstacles with your child then you will need a ticket. For further explanation, feel free to ask any member of our staff!
Everyone who enters the facility must have a valid waiver.
