This Site is owned and operated by EPIC Fun Park, an indoor entertainment facility located at 1400 Walter Reed Rd, Fayetteville, NC 28304. The Site provides information about our attractions, pricing, events, and how to book visits or private parties.

Online ticket purchases and party reservations are processed through our third-party booking platform, CenterEdge, and are subject to their terms and conditions in addition to these Terms of Use. Booking confirmation is contingent on availability and subject to our separate booking policies.
3. Attraction Requirements & Waivers
All guests participating in attractions at EPIC Fun Park are required to complete a liability waiver prior to participation. Height, weight, and age restrictions apply to certain attractions and are posted at each activity station. By purchasing tickets or visiting our facility, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all posted rules, staff instructions, and safety requirements.
Information on this Site about attractions is not exhaustive. Restrictions and rules are subject to change and are enforced on-site by our staff. EPIC Fun Park reserves the right to restrict access to any attraction at any time for safety reasons.
4. Supervision of Minors
Guests 15 years of age and under must be accompanied by a supervising adult at all times while at our facility. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that children in their care comply with all activity rules and safety guidelines.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EPIC Fun Park and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of this Site shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from your use of this Site must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in North Carolina. Any claim must be commenced within one (1) year of the cause of action or it is permanently barred.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
